Lessons are paid at a flat monthly rate at the beginning of the month.
No refunds for missed or cancelled lessons. Make up lessons are offered to the best of my ability but are not guaranteed. Lessons cancelled by teacher will be given as a credit for future lessons. Exceptions may be given for illness.
Lessons are scheduled for 3 sessions a year - January - May; June & July; August - December. Please be prepared to commit to 4 lessons a month for these months. Skipping months, missing lessons, and frequent schedule changes may result in a student being dropped. Flexible scheduling allowed for breaks and holidays.
Please give a month's notice, if possible, if quitting lessons. I do understand children change their minds, families undergo stress, and things happen that we cannot foresee. Any notice I can be given helps.
Late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of my ability. Extended lesson times may not be available depending on the schedule.
Forgotten materials may result in a lesson ending early with no discount.
Late fees may apply, up to $10/month for late payment.
